Ownership and cancellation details
If the restaurant cancels, it must return the tablet, charger and cable in working condition.
The security deposit will be refunded after the device is checked. Repair or replacement costs for physical damage or missing accessories may be deducted from the deposit.
The tablet remains the property of Sacio.

How does the restaurant receive orders?
Orders appear instantly on Sacio's staff screen, which works on a phone, tablet or laptop.
Can I update my menu and mark items sold out?
Yes. Owners can manage categories, items, prices, images and availability from the dashboard.
Does Sacio charge commission?
No. Sacio uses fixed monthly pricing with no commission or per-order charges.
Does Sacio receive customer payments?
No. Guests pay through a dynamic UPI QR linked to the restaurant's own UPI ID, so the money goes directly to the restaurant. Staff verify the payment before marking it received.
Where is Sacio currently available?
Sacio is currently onboarding restaurants in Mumbai. Restaurants in other cities can request a demo to join the expansion waitlist.
